It's already there as 360 audio. If you have buds 2 pro then download wearable app and use 360 audio it's better than Spatial Audio as it works with any content while spatial audio needs 5.1 content to work. BTW surround sound isn't actually for audiophiles it's high fidelity music that is meant to deliver high quality sound and for that you can use a good wired headphones and use highest quality on Spotify that only can give you high bit rate audio output.
