my assistant plus menu not enabled how to switch it on brother

I did it the same way for more than a year but after updating to Android 10 ONE UI 2.5 the possibility to hide the floating button is gone. Now I can't add Assistant menu to quick panel anymore. I don't know why it has been disabled?! I would highly appriciate a solution.
