Software: One UI 8.5 Beta

I updated Samsung Notes and Voice Recorder to the latest versions, but I’m not seeing any of the new features/UI changes shown in videos.

Are these features: • rolling out server-side?
• limited to specific devices?
• or coming in later beta/stable updates?

Anyone else on the same device facing this?
