Why this annoying background app trying to install unwanted apps/games. What its necessity don't know.

It can only be disabled, no uninstall option.

Samsung gets paid to do this. They have an aggreement with these app developers

I faced 😰 😭 similar problems before then some one told me disable app cloud and then all was fine

Disabling the app was my only way out of it too.

If sim is old then replace with new. Try open and re insert or restart if settings are ok.
