App glitches on A34 5G

I recently spotted a issue with my a34 after around 29th May. The phone has been bugging out lately especially on instagram and Call of duty mobile. On instagram it just randomly resets, i mean it just goes back to the home screen again and again and refreshes the page on its own (almost like a reset). Same thing happens in codm, it literally time warps like a time machine , also my controls get stuck and it doesnt work until i pull of all my fingers from the screen. I have tried clearing the system level cache files and have booted in safe mode (cant test in safe mode coz those apps are disabled). I need to know that of anybody is experiencing issues like this? I have also performed security scans, looked for ghost touches in the repair mode and optimised and reinstalled apps. Still nothing. Please help if anybody have experienced this . Thank you!

Wait for one ui u and it'll be as worst as hell for sure. There would be more glitches, stutters, etc. Just live your life peacefully till it comes. If you find it helpful than click on 3 dots in my comment and tap accept solution.

UPDATE: The issue is fixed. Apparantly my smartwatch was set as a calling device as well as a "input device". That input device setting which was unnoticed caused the problems. It's fixed now.
