you can't install this app by any apk file or using third party applications due to Samsung policy and app privacy so just go to galaxy store and download this app from there

you are using A10s device..which don't have Knox security service you can't install those

Samsung pay or pay mini wants knox security which is not present in your device so you can't install this app. Hope my soln is clear kindly mark as solution if you feel the problem is solved.
