Disable USB Notifications via Notification Settings
1. Settings → Apps
2. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) and select Show system apps
3. Search for "USB Settings" or "Android System"
4. Tap Notifications
5. Look for USB-related notifications (e.g., "USB connected," "USB debugging," etc.)
6. Turn OFF the notifications or change them to Silent

Disable USB Preferences (If You Don't Use USB for Data Transfer)
1. Settings → Connected devices → USB Preferences
2. Change to No data transfer
This should prevent unnecessary USB notifications. Let me know if the issue persists!
