USB Connection

Guys i need your help, Few days back I started receiving this USB Connection notification non stop, I mean even now, the notification says "USB connector connected/Disconnected " and this notification keeps my screen on all the time, and it drains my battery so fast...And I'm stressing coz I just bought the phone early December 2024.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A05s.

Please help,what can I do?

Turn off the device, wait for 5-10 minutes, then turn it back on.


Clear System Cache:

1. Turn off the phone.


2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the Samsung logo appears.


3. Navigate to Wipe Cache Partition using the volume buttons, then press the power button to select it.


4. Confirm and reboot the phone.

Safe Mode Check:

Restart the phone in Safe Mode (press and hold the power button, then tap and hold Power Off until Safe Mode appears).

If the problem stops in Safe Mode, an app may be causing the issue. Uninstall any recently installed or updated apps.

Go to Settings > Developer Options (enable it by tapping "Build Number" 7 times in About Phone).
Turn off USB Debugging if it’s enabled.

Factory reset (last option) Backup Your Data First
Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory Data Reset.

Had the same problem, make sure you software is up to date

My son has this problem aswell , we've not been able to stop this though
