Galaxy AClear System Cache:
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the Samsung logo appears.
3. Navigate to Wipe Cache Partition using the volume buttons, then press the power button to select it.
4. Confirm and reboot the phone.

Galaxy ARestart the phone in Safe Mode (press and hold the power button, then tap and hold Power Off until Safe Mode appears).
If the problem stops in Safe Mode, an app may be causing the issue. Uninstall any recently installed or updated apps.
