Android 14 Update problem

My device is galaxy A34 5g indian variant

From the date ofpurchasing, till now my phone is running on android 13 with one UI 5.1

My device is showing last security update of August 2023.

How can I update my phone to Android 14 with one ui 6.1.

For latest security Patch/update your phone should be in latest Software version.. Up till now (today) the latest Software version is "ONE UI 6.1 with 1 July 2024" security Patch.

To Install Latest Software version, Follow the steps:
System Settings> (scroll down) > Software update> Download and Install> (Download and Install the latest Software update available for your phone)

This is very Unusual.
I suggest you to FACTORY RESET your phone, if the issue still exists.. Then it's really Concerning..
