Android 14 (One UI 6.0) Not on a72

Its January 17 , 2024 and the galaxy a72 still hasn't received the Android 14 update yet , there is no official explanation and no confirmation of the cause of the delay , it was supposed to be coming back in December 2023 , many "A series" devices has recieved it , but why not A72 ?????

I'm constantly asking Samsung's technical support about why there is such a delay in the update, but everytime they just say , file an error report and our team will try to resolve the problem..

Just ask them,how much time you'll take to resolve this problem??

Actually every error report file , takes 24 hours to be taken into consideration, so I've done it so many times , there is no point now ..

It's February 2 , lost hope for the update, i think Samsung forgot about the A72 ...

Samsung A72 will get the android 14 bro. Samsung released Android 14 for Russian models. That means we'll get it too. But the issue is with the false statement. We're waiting since December then they mentioned it'll get it in Month Jan.. now it's almost mid of FAB. But all we can do is can wait.

Wasn't expecting this from Samsung, their customers service also has no idea what's going on , they're just saying it's an automated process we can't do anything
