Amazon UPI registration problem

Hi Guys,

I am  not able to activate amazon pay upi in Samsung A71.  Earlier i was able to do it but i had to reset device once and since then i am unable to activate upi. I even factory reset my device again  but still not working. Sms is sent, i get flash messge from AirTel about sms deduction but still not getting activated.Amazon also confirmed no issues from their end.

Please help..

sometimes this error othertimes error as amazon app moved to background

During UPI registration do you move to another app? If yes, that's why it says Amazon moved to background

Also see if it send msg to a particular number during regustration

i dont move away at all.. i just sty in the same screen.. and each time amazon sends message to a different number but it is getting sent

Did you install the app from backup?
If yes, reinstall using play store

Have you registered your mobile number in any bank which you are using to send sms. It is generally because of that
