With OneUI 3.0 and further ,Samsung has fixed the position of Battery Percent showing option. It can cause Screen Burn and Even the clock doesn't change the place till I turn on the screen. I like to continuously turn on the Always on Display but with these issues I think I must save my Screen.

yes but the battery percent icon sticks with the clock's position. So, whenever I turn on the screen ,after turning screen off battery position also changes with clock's position

keep it tap to show ...because if you turned on AOD as show always then it will only shifted from it's position if you unlocked device again after locking the device.. same for all of the device in this world 🌎 ... and keep AOD brightness adaptive..use black colour wallpaper.....nothing will happend then .... for AOD previously display burn in occurred when Oreo version was there ( in Samsung devices it was minimal) but after introduced Google intelligent machine learning AI there is 1% chance to get display burn in ..nothing to worry
