I have just purchased a Samsung Galaxy A31.
All incomming calls show PRIVATE NUMBER even when they are in my contact list

Contacted Samsung support. Told me to go to supplementary settings/enable caller ID
Cannot find this option in supplementary settings.

Thanks for any assistance

Hi, this is happening to me on Samsung Galaxy S21 Standard. I've checked all the settings as explained above and yet all calls only on my second sim, show as private numbers, making it difficult to know what calls to answer.

Any help appreciated on this one as it really is frustrating if I have to go back to two phones! :(
