Alarm does not sound when phone is in switched off mode

I am a user of Samsung Galaxy A70. Referring the title i would like to bring to the notice that in all A series smartphones the alarm does not sound, even if we set it, when the phone is in switched off mode. 

If we set the alarm at a particular time and switch off the phone then the phone does not gets automatically on for the alarm to sound and finally the alarm is missed. It does not sound.

This is an essential feature and the alarm should sound regardless of the phone being off or on.

Can this be fixed with a software update?

The alarm won't sound if your phone is switched off. If you want an alarm to go off, your phone must remain on.

There exist this feature in vivo phone too so he is right

Those who always on sleep mode dont require it... 😜.. But that is not the case with everyone.

When alarm is set on a particular time and the phone is switched off then at that particular time the phone gets automatically switched on and the alarm rings.
This happens in all the phones. I have Xiaomi, OnePlus, RealMe, Nokia. In all these phones agar alarm set hua hai at a random time and phone is switched off before that set time then phone gets automatically switched on 1 minute before the alarm set time and then alarm bajta hai. And this is a very useful feature where its not needed to keep the phone on for the alarm to sound.

But its not happening is samsung phones. So i posted here to know if this can be fixed via software update!

Yes.. Rightly pointed out.. This is an important feature that we require especially when we travel and our phone is running low on battery
