It seems its the update issue. As many users are reporting this and nothing seems to work in name of fix.

u can always turn on safe mode to troubleshoot bugs of your phone
i too had heating issue in my S20 but now its working fine
also u can wait for another update

Do a factory data reset.It resolves severe battery draining along with over heating.

To resolve "lagging and device hanging" issue kindly follow the given below steps:
1) Remove third party application: Settings > Apps > Select the third-party application from Apps Eg. DU Recorder > Uninstall.
2)Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Settings> General Management> Reset.

Please be assured and follow the given below steps to resolve the "charging issue":

1)Check charger functionality:-Request you to check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.

2)Check physical condition of USB cable:-Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc.

3)Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
