Galaxy AI understand the issue. This is common after certain One UI updates. Please try the steps below:
---
🔧 Fix: Enable Full-Screen Incoming Call UI
1. Go to Phone app → 3-dot menu (top right) → Settings
2. Tap Call display while using apps
3. Select Full screen instead of "Mini pop-up"
---
📲 Additional Checks:
✅ Go to Settings → Apps → Phone → Notifications
Make sure “Incoming calls” notification is enabled
Also tap “Incoming calls” → Set as "Make sound and pop up"
✅ Go to Settings → Apps → 3-dots → Special access → Appear on top
Make sure Phone app has permission to appear on top.
✅ Restart your phone after changing these settings.
---
This should solve the issue. If it still persists, Samsung might fix it in the next patch update.
Hope this helps! 😊
