Samsung, do something urgent basis. Huge sound problem in my Samsung A71 after software update.  Watching video now is a headache.  Continuously notification sound is making noise without any notification. I didn't expect this type of poor quality from a South Korean company.

1. Disconnect anything plugged into the headphone jack like, selfie stick, headphone, Bluetooth, etc.

2. Remove any third-party case, protective films, or any other accessory that usually comes in contact with your device. (If any)

Check device volume settings
Please follow the below steps:

Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Sound & vibration.
Step3: Tap on Volume.
Step4: Drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume.

To verify, play music and check the music sound. If the sound quality is good, then your speaker is working fine.

Clear Sound picker data

Step1: Got to Settings
Step2: Apps
Step3: Filter and sort
Step4: Enable "Show system apps"
Step5: Tap "OK"
Step6: Search Sound Picker
Step7: Tap on storage
Step8: clear data of Sound picker.

Samsung, now I am facing another problem. Whenever any incoming call is coming the screen is not showing anything. I have to unlock the phone, then I drag down the apps and msg list to find out the call. If in between I get that then I am receiving the call or else 80% time I miss the calls. This is horrible experience I am facing in Samsung phone. Even the cheap Chinese phones are far far better than Samsung. I swear that in my life or my next generation will never buy any Samsung product. Too bad 👎
