Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am experiencing multiple issues with my Samsung Galaxy A36 5G that require urgent attention and resolution:

1. Battery Drain: The battery depletes rapidly during both gaming and regular usage such as browsing, messaging, and social media.
2. Overheating: The device heats up noticeably during gaming, even with moderate settings and no third-party background apps running. Please improve system-level optimizations while gaming to reduce thermal buildup and performance throttling.
3. Samsung System Apps Running Unnecessarily: Many Samsung system apps and services run persistently in the background without user initiation. Even when cleared via Device Care > Memory Cleaner, they restart automatically, continuing to drain battery and processing power.
4. Android 15 / One UI 7 Out-of-the-Box Optimization Issues: The device ships with Android 15 and One UI 7, but system-level optimization is poor. These issues — battery drain, overheating, and inefficient resource management — have been present since day one. I strongly urge Samsung to seriously improve system performance, background app control, and thermal efficiency in the upcoming One UI 8 / Android 16 update.
5. Fingerprint Sensor Performance: The fingerprint sensor is extremely slow to recognize fingerprints and often fails entirely, making basic device access frustrating and unreliable.
6. Camera & Image Processing Quality:
 - Overall camera performance is disappointing, especially in terms of color accuracy and image clarity.
 - HDR photography struggles to balance exposure, often producing dull or washed-out results.
 - Human photography lacks natural skin tones and sharpness.
 - The ultra-wide lens delivers poor color reproduction and noticeably soft images.
 - Even in daylight conditions, photos often turn out dark due to poor image processing.
 - The underlying camera algorithms need significant improvement to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
7. Audio Quality – Dual Speakers: Despite featuring dual stereo speakers, the bass response is noticeably lacking, which is disappointing at this price point. The overall sound profile and tuning feel flat and unrefined, especially when compared to last year’s Galaxy A35, which delivered richer and deeper bass with more balanced audio output. I strongly recommend improving the audio tuning and speaker calibration to meet the expectations of users in this segment.

I request that Samsung take these issues seriously and address them in upcoming software updates, with special focus on One UI 8 / Android 16, to enhance battery efficiency, thermal management, gaming performance, system app behavior, fingerprint sensor responsiveness, camera quality, and audio experience.

Thank you for your attention and support.
