After Updating to Andriod 12 Most of the apps start crashing

After updating to Android 12 most of the apps related to my office work start crashing i can't even open them of just a second. 

Samsung should fix this as soon as possible 

Updating to Android 12 not worth if there are lots of bugs or apps start crashing.

Why ? There is software problem in every update why should i waste time getting backup of data and restoring that again . Making software good and bug free is responsibility of brand.
Why we paid to them just because to get fluency and smoother experience.

You are right, but you have to wait for months for a bug fix till that time if you are okay with your buggy phone then it's ok. You can skip hard reset after security update even it is not needed but
If you perform a major software update then hard reset your phone before & after major software update, it will make your phone smooth and nearly bug free
