Samsung deliberately not given us access to use adaptive clock/dynamic font while just giving only font and style to show. I will say don't waste your time to type error report file log attachment they will not answer you for that they will say they didn't get your file log attachment.

It's just a bug. Give feedback to fix this issue in the upcoming update

We request you kindly share the log file. Also, share the video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Go to the lock screen editor and apply one of Samsung’s decorative frames around your subject. The dynamic clock will almost start working. Once you do that, you can switch back to the original wallpaper (without the frame).

It works fine in frames but when i switch back to normal wallpaper without frames it stopped working
