A80: No incoming call audio

Ever since updating to OneUI3, my A80 does not carry any sound on incoming call. The callers say they can hear me but unfortunately I cannot hear anything. I have have taken the following steps in attempt or resolve the issue but it doesn't avail much

 

1. Alt calling app: I used Google Phone app as the default calling app but still had no effect.

 

2. Updated Samsung call app: Through a 3rd party platform, I got an updated version of the system default Phone app, no effect. 

 

3. Disabled WiFi Calling: I disabled WiFi calling, still no results.

 

Please advise on more actions going forward, I use a dual sim model, and the issues occur on both SIMs, hence it cannot be a network provider matter, also, other calling platform (WhatsApp, Signal still work perfectly on both incoming and outgoing)

Please try to perform a soft reset and factory reset. 

 

To perform a soft reset: 

 

Press the side key and volume-down key simultaneously for about 8 to 10 seconds. 

* The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding till it restarts. 

 

To perform a factory reset: Settings>> General Management>> Reset>> Factory Reset

* Your data will be deleted, please backup your data.

 

If the issue still persist you can take the device to the service center for a software reload.
