A72 telephoto Doesnt Work

3x zoom is the main camera cropping, the telephoto never kicks in it only kicks in at 20x zoom. Can you help us by fixing ths issue.

I did that. When testing it works bt in camera app it doesnt switch to telephoto at 3x zoom

I wonder if it's a glitch with the camera app. Try clearing the camera app data and cache and then restart the phone. See if it fixes it. Also check for any camera/phone updates
