A71 is a piece of utter non sense that i have taken. Just the warranty got over the screen stopped working. I got it done in 6000. After a year now the power button has stopped working.
Updates are not coming at all. Forget the updates security patch itself is not coming. This would be my last phone with Samsung. Complete messed up company and their policies.
They said they will support 3 years of new Android and 5 years of securjty patches.
Just a marketing tactics that is all. They will give u Android 13 when the entire world would start using Android 15. Complete **bleep**.
I will get this issue resolved and get rid of this scrap.
