A71 Intermittent Mic not working

Hello, I've owned my A71 about a month. The past 3/5 days I've been having an issue with the mic not working. I only notice if I go to use "Ok Google" or "Hi Bixby". I also try the voice recorder and try filming but no sound is detected. If I turn the phone off and back on again it's fine so I'm sure it's a software issue that requires a Samsung update/Patch possibly. Anybody else had this issue, if so has it been resolved or how did you fix it? Thanks!

Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app and check the result
(Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks>...))

I have same problem last 3to 4 months
you are correct it is software problem
it is not mic problem
you will visit samsung services center
then your mobile is updated
then slow your problem
you plz visit samsung services center

Yes, after doing this interactive check, I see that the problem has been solved for now. Hopefully this problem will not happen again.

yes hope so🤞👍, but if again same issue persist then perform agwin if result not come good then you have to visit service centre and with thanks you can also accept as solution by clicking on 3dot at my comments.😊

Yes of course, the problem has been solved by interactive checks for now. If this problem does not happen again in the future, then it will be understood whether this problem has been solved permanently.
And unfortunately if it happens again then I must go to the service center once accepting your opinion. Thanks 😊
