Hi I and my friend ee both purchased samsung A7 a couple of years back. And now suddenly both of us are facing slow charging issue. It started after the recent update I think. Before that it was working fine. Not sure what updates samsung bring this time. But its not good. Is there anyone else who is facing the same issue. or any fix for this issue.
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. i.e please charge the device in switch off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.
