A55 camera is noisier than A25

My father has a A25 while I use A55. Today I took an indoor photo with A25 and later tried with A55. I was shock by the photo of A25! It was less noisy and more detailed than my A55. Both the phone was in same camera lens and settings. I'm disappointed by this incident. 

Why A55 is worse than A25 in terms of camera performance? Is it common for A55 or mine has an issue? Confused.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. As per your query, we would like to inform you that each device comes equipped with different and specific features that vary depending on its hardware and software configurations.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Kindly check the physical condition of your camera lens.

● Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe to clean the camera lens.

● Reset the camera settings: Tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember the password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

No, you're not alone. It has become a globally complained issue. But Samsung has no effective response to it. A55 has the worst quality camera. No details, improper colour optimization, colour shifting, washed out images and so on

They are busy with dealing in their flagship devices. The midrange category consumers aren't under their consideration as always. I lost full reliance on Samsung. I wish, I'd not bought it.
