There is high chances that customer care will tell you that you are the first customer who got green line despite knowing all the things. Actually they are thinking that customers are fools.
I have been facing same issue after software update in my Galaxy M51 since past 4 months... made more than 100 calls to Samsung customer care which is a record but they are forcing me to pay for display that too without my fault. Such a pathetic and frustrating experience.

Alright heres the fix that I found on one website which makes the colours way much better now.

1 Reset the phone to factory settings

2 Go to Screen Mode and Advanced settings
Turn all the levels of
R G B to Zero
and
VIVIDNESS to Half
After doing this the bright whiteness is way much better now. It seems that these should have been the default settings in software but something messed these and even the service center guys are unaware of it. I am posting here so that Samsung can update these exact settings to other customers who are reporting this same problem.1728223188480.jpg
