Galaxy AHi!
I have the same issue with my Samsung Galaxy A55 5G. I even got that issue frequently whenever I used my camera to take pictures or videos. I got half picture black or completely freezed camera issue.
After 2 months after I purchased the phone, I noticed that when using the 0.5x camera it worked fine but camera freezed when using the default 1x or 2x. It even restarted the phone.
I followed all the recommendations I could find on that issue, like resetting camera settings, updating firmware, restart phone but in vain.
I finally sent it to get repaired (under warranty). After 3 weeks they returned my phone and said that they tested it was working fine after a firmware update.
Merely a month afterwards it happened again and this time it was during my vacation trip overseas! I could not even capture what I wanted and it was so annoying!
It's been 10 days today that I sent the phone back again to the shop and insisted I do not want that phone again. I am still waiting and hoping that they accept to change the phone instead of trying to repair again :(
I guess that there is a manufacturing fault with this model, or at least some of the A55 5G. It would be interesting to know how many customers have the same issue...
