A52s battery performance after October update

From 100 to 22%..As usual 60hz, no power saving modes...also no wifi...mobile data only....i guess there is some big improvement in battery..

Each and everyone have different opinion. Some people like to conserve battery to get more and more SOT while others like smoothness. Even I switch b/w 60 and 120 depending upon conditions.
If samsung provided 33watt charging with A52s then I would constantly use 120hz but 15 watt charger sùcks.
It takes 1hr 30 mins to charge full from 20%

I am getting 7hrs sot at 120hz so if i use my phone at 60hz will it give me 10 n half hr sot. I mean 3 n half hr more just by switching to 60hz. Please tell me as i never use my phone at 60hz

Try using it at 60hz...u will definitely get more...again it depends on the usage pattern...dont get me wrong..i am a very heavy user..its just that i am not a gamer...nor am i camera centric...media consumption is my cup of tea...and also i strictly follow the charging/discharging cycle..for example not dropping it below 20% and also not always charging it to 100%...and also i am strictly against fast charging because fast charging is bad for the battery so i never do that...these are all the tricks that i have done throughout my smartphone usage...nothing else

I have nearly same usage pattern like you bro. I dont play game at all. No camera. I also follow charging cycle.i didn't charged above 90 n did not drop below 20 or 30. Mostly i turn off fast charging n i charged my phone to 100 once a week. Only difference in your n mine is i used 120hz so is it making this difference of more than 3 n half hr of sot as i am getting 7hrs sot.not more than this whatever i do

Then try out 60hz for once or twice and find out the difference for yourself...

Charge your phone to 100% & keep it ideal you'll get more SOT. You are paying premium price to use their features & you are using it at 60Hz..

Actually for me good display, battery life and lag free performance is all that matters...thats y i chose a52s...because its a kind of premium device with a decent battery life...in lower devices i will get even better battery life but i will have to compromise on performance..so it varies from person to person no matter what range of device he/she owns...everybody is different...as i said performance is also important to me..thats why i didnt chose a53..otherwise a53 has 5000 mah so definitely i wud have gone after it but i know it has inferior performance compared to a52s...so performance with battery thats all i want....120hz , camera, these things doesn't matter to me...hope your confusion is clear...
