I am notice before 15 days to till date my mobile power bottom some time work and some time not work and also i am facing problem that when i receive a call then my phone display black and after some time when i pressing long time power botton then display on. Any one facing this time problem what can i do this phone i am purchase on nov 21.
As per your concern, we want to inform you that the display black while recieving the call due to proximity sensor, the proximity sensor is used to turn off the touch screen, while making a call with phone positioned close to the ear. You can test this by making a call and placing hand/object close to the speaker at the top, screen will turn off. However, regarding the Power button issue, we would request you kindly visit the service centre and inspect your device with the technical team end, they will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.
