Hello brother this is not a new problem try to lower ur refresh rates and always keep phone at power saving mode and go to developer mode and turn off all the animation. By this trick you will save some extra battery

I'm also using the same phone. Minimize ur apps. Don't install more apps. Turn on adaptive brightness. Turn off background apps. Charge your phone upto 95%. Again Charge your phone when it reach 30%
No need to change to battery saver or motion. Do this bro.
