A52S battery problem

My A52s does not run 3 hrs after a full charge, what's going on? This phone is the worst in terms of battery management

That's not normal
Some app is causing issue
Check device care

Hardware defect or some app running in background continously, thus draining battery and maybe heating phone slightly too.
