1) pro mode ui of camera seems not so good....no major changes to make it more pro like.

2) no object eraser 

3)extra dim dims the screen very slightly .....

4) charge upto 85% battery option is good but if they had given a quick tile for it , it would have been awesome.

5) camera editing section ux change is good but no for those who have eye problems ...cuz icons are smaller now... 

6) no light balance option

7) no compare button, no sharpness slider

6) share and adjust while sharing option is super cool

7) no as such lag noticed, no as such heating...phone got slightly warm after update

😎 folder icon changed. ....in my files...looking not so cool

9) msgs app is now darker than ever

10) widget search area... vertical mode is a mixed rxn evoking decision as per ux....it takes more time now to find a widget atleast for me

11) homeup module needs update

12) saw green dot in camera app...nice

13) no camera access button

14) they could have given a speed meter i wish

15)ultra wide camera is facing some tint shift issue in low light 

16)that combined sticker feature is useless....

17) no major difference noticed in speed of ui

18) that zoom out content feature in split view via multistar is awesome but ....it annoys me in keypad of dialer....keys become too small wish they give an option to bypass it there.

19) removal of blur from edge panel is nice one

Why there is not 'Camera Access Button' in the notification panel ? No-one knows the reason. The problem is that when is is a feature and not given properly.
