Hi, friends, I can't understand this, every time you open applications, a message must reappear in all Android versions. Mine is starting to appear on my screen and it will take at least 5 minutes on mpn screen after the One ui 3.0 update. What's the solution or else it's a bogs

It's a bug as I can understand, you need to download the next software update through Smart switch
