Hello friend, Pls open your phone in safe mode and test it Because in doing so, you’re temporarily disabling all third-party apps. If the shutdowns don’t occur in this mode, then it confirms the suspicion.
So, follow these steps to run your phone in safe mode:
Press and hold the Power key until options show.
Tap and hold the Power off option until it changes into Safe Mode.
Tap the Safe mode icon to restart your device.
Once the reboot is successful, you should see ‘Safe mode’ at the lower-left corner of the screen.
You should still be able to continue using your phone while in this mode, so try to see if it still shuts down on its own. If the problem doesn’t occur and your Galaxy A51 actually works properly while in safe mode, then it means that a third-party app is causing the problem.
