A51 Restarting Automatically while using Smart View

A51 Always restarting immediately while trying to use SmartView.

bro may be some sort of bug. Please sent error log within 15 minute to Samsung through error reporting option in Samsung members app

just do the steps asked by them, like reset or clearing cache . And If that doesn't work sent error report once again with log so they can fix the issues in next update

do these steps
1. Wipe Cache Partition.
Steps to perform.
1) Turn off the device.
2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.


2. go to safemode and observe is there same issue in safemode too
if not then problem may due to other downloaded apps
and if same issue in safemode then try to visit service centre and get reinstall your software update

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

Keep in mind that in this mode only inbuilt system app will work

All done.
in safe mode it's not restarting but it's not connected to TV. shows the animation on TV but immediately disconnected. it's a Samsung TV. Other Samsung device like A5, Tab 10.5 etc connected to TV without issues.
when I ext safe more and clear cache once again.. still phone is immediately restarting. also right now it restarted automatically while charging.
seems like Hardware issue,? I hate to do a factor reset.
I have a MI TV. which has Cast .. which is working fine with A51. No idea what's wrong.

since when this restarting issue started?

my phone randomly restarting from day 2 or 3. but unable to reproduce the issue. I don't know how and why. but is very few times in a month. so I don't care much about it. but last week I try to use Google due .. like making a call and at the same time I try to connect to my Samsung TV phone is immediately restarting. consistently I can reproduce or recode the same on camera right now. but from Today I cannot even connect to My Samsung TV .. not event using any application.. still Restarting. that is also 100% Evey time. I try to reset network settings on TV, Deleted cache on phone via recovery.. but nothing happened

yea... acko also bought insurance for my car and bike. but it looks like a simple web based app.
