A51 Auto Restart Problem

Hey am using Samsung a51 for a long time after updating my phone it's  screen get freezes  and then after it restart automatically  what i should do ??? Please help me

Please run your phone in Safe Mode atleast for 15 minutes.

Same issue was here.... I have samsung a51 now its automatic restarting
