A50 - Very Slow Calls

Hi Guys,

Facing this weird problem while dialing and receiving calls..

(1) While right swiping the contact to dial a number, it takes around 8-9 seconds for the actual call to happen..

(2) While receiving calls also, my TrueCaller application shows incoming calls 5 seconds before it actually starts ringing..

 

I don't know if it's a problem with my handset A50.. Or even others are facing the same problem, but it's really annoying!

I won't be able to continue with this handset with the issue for long.

bhai reduce the animation speed to .5 from 1. got to developer options and change the animation speed

I think it's a bug. Sometimes I face the same problem on my A70. Let's hope that it will be fixed in Android 10.

This is not Android.

On Xiaomi, the call is done much faster.

wait for a another update roll out for A50 or reset your smartphone after that there is chance of resist from problem

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

>Clear the RAM memory of device (Scroll down notification panel > Setting> Device care >Memory> Clean Now).
> Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).

> perform the clear cache of the phone app (setting>>apps>>phone app >>storage>>clear cache).

> perform the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).

>Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.

> If still issue not resolved, please register your concern in Samsung members app (click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).

What are you talking about? I bought a M31s two weeks about. The new phone, big storage, no apps etc. And the first thing I experienced was so slow calls.
