sir, I think you simply update that software by mobile data or wifi...that is not the procedure or recommended for any big os update...it need to be flashed...thatswhy Samsung introduced smart switch option ...that people can get highest performance of device ...please flash your last android 10 firmware from Samsung service center once (NOTE ...wifi is recommended but problem is if wifi bar can fluctuate a little during update then it proceduce software hole and glitches and afterall os update is very critical things which need stable carrier to install allaways...so flash firmware is one of the recommended and acceptable solution)
