A50 Not charging with an adapter but charging through an usb cable attached to a laptop

Since today morning my phone isnt charging when using an adapter but it is charging when connected to laptop via an usb cable. My charger is working with other phones. Could you please help me regarding the same?

May be problem in charging circuit.
Also try with fast charging off.

Okay, But how is the charging port working on my laptop? And when you went to the Service Center what were you asked to replace? Or some other diagnosis?

actually phone port have so much pins they work for the different different work, that pin which used for the data transfer or to connect phone to the external devices is working, simply just go in service center and take ur charger (adopter &data cable) with u, they will check and they change its port,
when i go to service center i simple told them that my phone is not charging ,they first check it with the other adopter and find the same problem than they check my port to insure that there is no liquid damage after that the change it in under warranty, so don't worry its a simple process

To resolve the charging issue kindly follow below given steps:-


1. Kindly check the power socket functionality with a different device or try to charge the device in a different power socket.

 

2. Charge the device:- Please charge the device in switch off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.
If not resolved: (Removable battery) – Kindly remove the back panel of your device and check the physical condition (Bulge, Swelling or visible damage).
If the physical condition is not good: Request you to turn off the device immediately and please do not try to charge or tamper the battery also request you to visit the service center immediately.

 

After Performing the troubleshooting steps if the issue still persists, kindly get back to us with additional information- Error log File, Video or Screen-shots. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.
