factory data reset device ....I've faced the same issue ....it will get fixed after factory data resetting

bro its working fine for me please clean the screen put some pressure on finger scanner while you register

Just remove your screen protector if you applied then try...also do remember that dont remove your fingerprint after update first check review on update...earlier we had faced some serious issue in fingerprint registration in A50..

* Ensure that the screen protector or the touchscreen on the fingerprint recognition sensor area is not scratched or damaged by objects, such as coins, keys,pens,and necklaces.
