A5 2016 not supports VoLTE therefore Jio sim not gives 4G speed

I have tried the all troubleshoots but the issue is still there with Jio Sim. I have even reset the device in your authorized service centre. But still the net is slow. One thing interesting is that when I put the phone in flight mode and turn off flight mode the Net work fast for 1 min and then back to slow speed.I think this is the issue with All A5 2016.Samsung have lost there quality and this was not expected from Samsung even tho I paid nearly 23000 for this device. HELP FAST!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello sir regarding the issue you have with A52016 I would like to ask you which port is your sim inserted in sim sot 1 or 2

currently, JIo is experiencing such problems it's not just the A5 series or your device even other users using different brand phones are facing this problem

Its is not the issue of Jio specifically. The same jio sim works fast in other phone but it work slow in A5 2016. And when I put A5 2016 in flight mode and turn off the flight mode it work fast for 1 min.

Sir the problem you are facing is only with your A5 device. I myself is the same user of the same series I am not facing any such issue. I would kindly request you to get your phone checked by an authorized Samsung care.

Yash I also have a5 2016 and it support Volte and I also use jio SIM and it work fine with it

I suggest you to
1. update your device from setting >software update if avalable.
2. use your device in safe mode for some time if you are facing some issue

Safe Mode allows the device to boot up without  installed third party apps running, which will conserve battery power. 

 

To start the device in Safe Mode, with the device Powered Off.

① Press and hold Power key.

② Once the animation starts, Press and hold the Volume down key until the lock screen appears.

③ Keep the Volume down button until device boots up.

④ Safe Mode is indicated in the lower left hand side when enabled.

⑤ To get out of Safe Mode restart the device.
