A35 low camera quality

I had Galaxy M51 and recently bought A35 and I found that camera performance and image output is extremely poor than M51. I have tried different settings in camera app but the result is same. So I think that's wrong decision for selection of this phone.

Reset camera app. Settings > apps > camera > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data.

It's a brand new phone and capturing low quality images since purchased. However, video quality is good.

Yes, outdoor landscape photos are good, but whenever I try to capture face image, it generates patchy shadows on face.
