I encounter video streaming issue in youtube and I think all A35 users does. When playing HDR 4k or 8k videos in youtube it automatically downgrading the video resolution to a lower quality. 

Kindly troubleshoot this issue at the earliest possible.

It actual happens because of the network and it jumps down to 480p from 4k

But network strength is quite good and I tried playing in other devices too it perfectly plays HDR videos

There is nothing with our network , it says the problem is of network restarting yt solves the issue

I did it already still facing the same issue. Android is up-to-date and apps too

Contact samsung devs they can do it coz it worked with me but still sometimes i can't play my own videos coz of this issue
