Galaxy AIdk about your phone, mine never heats up that much playing warzone mobile (same phone A34) plus dont be too concerned about reaching 40-45c since thats the normal temp a phone can get when gaming intensive, even iphones and flagships samsung devices reaches 50c+ cuz they're powerful.. A normal temp on gaming reaches 40-50c but if your cpu reaches 60-70 degrees then thats an issue.
Though its been an issue on cod warzone mobile since its very unoptimized before, I remembered the beta version on it running on my old A32 4G, just running on the WZM home screen, the Phone starts to overheat doing nothing lol
Plus warzone mobile at that time isnt optimized, many phones cant run the game on how buggy it is
Warzone mobile now has been a bit stable now on A34 that reaches 60 or more fps quite well sometimes though stuttery which happens on any other phone.. more stable than A35/A54 cpu which is weird,

Galaxy A& About Heating..
I know some Phones do heat up at 40+ °C, even the flagship ones are heating nowadays.
But the main issue isn't the Heating, it's the Outcome/results of heating.. Whenever the phone heats up [no matter what I am doing, this phone heats up also while downloading big files in 5G] above 40°C, the phone - (1) Switch from 5G to 4G.
(2) FPS drops significantly.
(3) CPU reduces the performance...
-to save the phone from overheating, as overheating can Damage the phone permanently!

Don't PLAY GAMES/HEAVY-TASK ON A34.
GAME>>HEAT>>DAMAGE.
