IF MY GALAXY A345G WHICH COMES WITH A IP67 RATING GETS DAMAGED BY WATER WHAT ARE THE NEXT PROCEDURES WILL I GET WARRANTY OR GUARANTY CLAIMS?

Nope, there is NO WARRANTY COVER for water damage even if your device is IP67/68 rated. This is the same policy on all IP rated phones including iPhones.

If the device is water damaged, the warranty gets void. And given the recent poor build quality of Samsung devices, I won't trust the IP rating.
