I have a concern.. IP67 rated samsung phone is really waterproof like iphone phone?

Ya definitely it is except any repair from service center because you know they do the work below expectations.

IP67 means Dust resistance but you can take it only 1 meter up to 30 minutes. IP68 can be 1.5 meter up to 30 minutes
