A31 update

Hi guys my last update was on October ever since I've been trying to update my phone but I get a failed message "Failed to update contact Samsung service centre" anyone who had a similar issue and got helped please help me.

I must warn you. Did the latest A31 update yesterday, it took close to 1 hour to download, then after shutting down and updating, I was horrified to to discover my apps and data and storage was all over there screen missing and many had to be reinstalled

@MmRushino try to back your data to SmartSwitch and then do a factory reset note you may lose your data if you do not back up. Then restore your data and update your phone software it will resolve your issue
