Hi I am using a Samsung galaxy a31. My sim one port is having an issue, it reads the number but it doesn't register the network. Sim 2 port is just fine but it's the Sim 1 has got this issue. Sometimes it works for a little bit when I switch the simcards for a couple of times but it's only for few minutes/hours. Does anyone have the same problem?

Yes it does. Which ever card I put on sim 2 works. But when I put it in sim one it most of the time doesn't work. Rarely does sometimes that's when I persistently switch my simcards for a couple of times
Idk..... try disabling and enabling SIM 1 slot and see what happens. If it's still a problem, then it could be a software or hardware problem. Try contacting Samsung Support
