Galaxy AHi there,
To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:
1- Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset setting.
2- Go Settings screen > Connections > NFC and payment > Enable it.
3- Ensure that the device’s screen is unlocked. Otherwise, the device will not read NFC tags or receive data.
4- Kindly update your device by latest software update via FOTA.
